Terms and conditions for "The Chocolate Cake Deal"
1. The deal is subject to availability and management reserve the right to cancel the deal at any time.
2. Refunds cannot be given. If the cake is not up to our usual standard we will consider store credit or replacement.
3. The deal will be available as stated on our facebook page this may include a requirement of number of likes or comments to activate the deal or to extend it.
4. The deal is applicable to the cake or cakes as stated and no others. There is no ability to upgrade size, change flavour or add decorations to the cake.
5. All cakes for the deal must be booked and paid for while the deal is live. After this time it will no longer be available to purchase.
6. The deal is not available for cakes booked over labour weekend. Please also check opening hours for our stores.

8. Deal applies to cake price only. writing and cake boards are full price. Shipping is not discounted.
9. 48 hours notice is required for all deal cakes.
10. Cakes will be able to be booked for collection until 31st October 2016.
