BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR MY GRANDSON
I purchase a smallish plain iced chocolate mud cake each year for my son's birthday (no writing) and this year decided to buy a larger one (complete with name and Happy Birthday written on top) for my chocoholic young grandson to share with the family. As usual, the cake was delicious and Master 7 was delighted at getting a "grown up" cake instead of the children's themed ones I usually make - but most of all it was the cake itself that we all enjoyed. My son's birthday is coming up again next month - might have to order a larger on this year. The cakes always arrive on time and in perfect condition. Cannot fault the service, thank you.

Favs on the Classic Choc Mud Cake
This is the most chocolatey moist cake I have had. It goes great with good cup of Coffee or humble glass of milk or water. Definitely makes you thirsty.

21st cake
The cake was delicious and the size was perfect, I was however disappointed that when I went to get the cake out the ganache had cracked in quite a lot of places. I managed to smooth it out with a hot knife but the icing lost its shine in those places, so it was still noticeable. thankfully it was evening and with the candles lit nobody really noticed my patch up job.
